good for you someone should post up what they have done to there sc to get more angle, lose weight, and ect. for drifting or autox /autocross. the sc drvers should all be informed of the info out there.

The sc is a good drift car. The biggest problem is not being able to get the parts you need. In drifting, you know your going to break things and hit stuff. Most shops dont have parts like bumpers, fenders, control arms, quarter pannels, clutch, trans, diffs in stock for the sc's, but they do or can get those parts easily for a 240.

first off if any bandwagon jumpin it would be us. Japan had the soarer first and then we had the SC300. The SC300 indeed is a BUS compared to the 240's. They are easier to drift only for the simple fact that they are heavier. It is all about the driver reaction and control. Hell I used to drift mines all the time before I raised it back up and threw the 19's on it. But YES NOW I AM GOING ALL OUT! Full camber kit TIEN COILOVERS, and a NEGATIVE CAMBER FROM HELL. I WANT TO DO IT BECAUSE I WANT TO DRIFT IT. Everyone in the US wants speed and lots of horses under the hood, but what good is the use of an import if you are not utilizing it for its IMPORT USAGE? These cars were built to handle the pressure on what we give them. If you just build to go straight, then that is your perogative. I mean everyone else is building TALL *** WHEEL BARROWS with a blower in the front why don't you? The whole fact of the matter, people build cars for different purposes, and those who drift, I think it is on of the most articulative sports out there. Just like synchronized swimming. Beautiful ladies dancing in one accord.....This time around the track. And for you drag head speed demons that like to go straight, it is amazing to get a car so fast that you can drive it to the track, beat your rival and best time, and then flatbed it back home. Unless you a BIG BALLER some people just can't afford it. Not knockin on the strip, but I love the circuit. Endurance is key. I'd rather go through tires than go through engines.
