Din, I have been pulling that exact harness along with the rest of the car harness for 17 hours. My SC400 is finally harnes free in every way.
Since I have this fresh in my mind.........
The airbag harness runs along the inner fender to the front of the inside fender, you are rubbing that also. (that's bad MOJO bro)
There is no slack whatsoever in either harness, so what I would suggest is finding a way to keep it off the airbag harness in the fender because you cannot move it. It runs straight to the airbag sensor at the furthermost point of the fender behind the corner of the headlight.
PS, here is the harness.... you can pick it out in this pic.

I moved my driver side fender harnesws above the lip on the chassis. I did this with the fender installed and just took the splash guard off and cut off the factory clips and then ziptied the harness up above.

well mine is all chewed up so wires are exposed, what i was planing on doing was cuttin each one one by one then running it somewhere else then connecting it again. This might take awhile. I was thinking about running the wires thru the hood area then back.
about the air bag ones i guess ima have to figure that out when i got teh fender off.
OLT thats alot of harness u have there.

With 19x9.5 I haven't had a problem with the main harness. Mine is bent up and out of the way so that the tire would hit metal first. yay!
I did however re route the harness that attaches to the windshield washer reservoir/pump.
There were 3 plugs attached to the harness. 2 of them I re routed behind the bottle. One I had to cut/splice to lengthen and re route. No more rubbing there

Im guessing this is the same loom that runs along the right hand side of my car (aussie). If so, all i did was cut the entire loom in half and re-routed it through the engine bay, soldered, taped and then wrapped in split-loom.

I pulled off the fender and cut a notch in the top part of the fenderwell. I rerouted the wiring above so it runs above the actual inner fender well. No need to extend any wires. I had to do this in my SC and the supra.
