just to add sum info, i have a jdm right headlight, and i think it is impossible to adjust it to where it should aim in the US, because it aims inward to stay outa oncoming traffic, but now it shines into oncoming traffic in the US....

just adj mine., turn the screw driver clockwise 66 notches for driver and 55 for passenger.

you know it will be different for everyone, not all headlights are used equal.
