Woahh.... that one really nice stock lookin SC! It also came with the best lookin stock rims too!
The problems that u listed are quite common such as the cluster and lcd screen. With the lcd screen, just get an aftermarket head-unit.
Ur hesitation problem, if not solved by a tune-up, can be traced back to a faulty idle air control valve. http://planetsoarer.com/IAC/iac.htm

Too bad I have the SC300 and not the SC400 because there arent any instructions on how to rebuild the one on the 300.

I forgot to say that the passenger side one always has condensation in it. I'm gonna take it off, open it, and seal it.
