I'm in the same boat as you OLT (I'm not talking about the SC either) I've got about a dozen scale model cars sitting on the shelf that are far far from completion.

hehe believe it or not it doesnt look as nice in real life as it does in the pic

but i painted the entire interior Testors 1149 Flat Black

then went over it as you see in the pic with Testors 1182 Brass

 

Great.....This just means I'm a "Water-Head" who can tell scaled down interiors of cars from one another........I'm going back to work now......

 

OLT what would be cool would be if you got some very thin leather and actually covered the little seats with it

 

If i want to make it accurate to a real SC I'll use old cracked leather.
