The car was an AUTO. lol. But they promised me an estimate tomorrow. They towed it up to a shop close to here so after they do everything it will be easier for me to tow to my garage.

Am I supposed to go by the retail or private party value of the car? I've checked KBB and NADA, and it says about $9800 for excellent retail condition and $7500 private party. How much should I get?

JJG2005, I live in Cincinnati. Thanks for the advice, i'll make sure not to threaten with a lawyer, but i'll probably bother the crap outta them if they dont give me a good amount of money. hehe. Also, I think someone else called dibs on the 95 tails. lol. I'll put up a FS thread once I get the car back and have parts to sell. I'm currently looking for another SC, and if I end up with an older one (92-94) then i'm gonna swap out the tails for the 95. And I also asked if anyone wanted parts. lol, probably a little too soon.

Im not trying to be a vulture, but how much would you get rid of the front seats and upper door panels for?

And sorry about the car . At least you know what to look for in a new one, so I bet you will actually come out on top when it is all said and done

Depending on the condition of the seats of the next SC i'm buying i might keep the seats until I get a set restitched with new leather. And exactly what part of the door panels?
like I said, after i get this all taken care of i'll post up a thread to part it out. till then be patient.
