Default Brake Light housing moisture / corrosion

Just pulled the right rear brake light housing due to brake lights not working / condensation in the housing and found 2 of the sockets rusted out... definately need to be replaced. Can I get these socket at any Auto parts store or am I bound by Lexus on these parts also?

Also, is the housing sealed shut or it there a way to dismantle so I could dry it out?

Thanks

If you find the leak, it will dry out on it's own in a week or 2. Take all of the sockets off the tail light and make sure the gaskets are intact. Then put dielectric grease on them before you twist them back on. Check the lenses for small cracks, thats where mine was leaking.
