things to look for on SC400

I agree with the IKON. No matter what kind of car, after so many years of driving and abuse, items are going to have to be replaced. I looked a good six months before I found mine. I bought a 92 400 with 32,500. I paid $16,800 almost a year ago. I now have 39,000 and have not had any problems...Knock on wood. I have not had interior parts come lose or vibrate, or squeaky breaks. I saw pleanty of 93-96 that were beat pretty hard and not in good shape. Its not the year of the vehicle you have to worry about, its who's owned before you. I was looking for a 92-96. For me I wanted a low miled, garage kept and non-winter driving SC. Instead of my clean A@#,low miled, heated garage keeped, non-winter driving SC, I could have bought that newer 96 SC with 78,000, scratches everywhere, interior worn, and driven year round, for $17,000. What would you do? Be picky and patient, it will pay off!!!
