yeh use goof off, or goo off, i forget the product, you probably didn't let it dry before applying another coat. but just an update, i tried to clearcoat and it came out all webbed and nasty, so i had to redo one side. i left it as is right now and i guess wait until it fades to redo it or 97upgrade it.
