Alright so one night im driving around with some friends. Next thing I know I am getting pulled over by a New Orleans Police Officer. He asked me to step out of the car and place my hands on the hood, so I did so. He searches me and my car and my friends and all the normal stuff. First he tells me that my tint is to dark. I kindly told him that I tint windows for a living and that it is exspected that I would have tint on my windows, so he dropped that. He then tells me that he pulled me over for my brake lights being out!!!!! To my surprise they were. The next day I worked the whole day on them. Bulbs, switches, looked if power was going to it. Not knowing what was the matter, I went to Lexus and bought a new wire harness and hooked it all up and still nothing...Two days later they started working by themselves. I fould that a little strange...Just a little story

i have a ghost too but mine is in the sensor or something.. The lil warning light will go on so i will go out to my tail and look at it and well no lights are out.. now i did jus recently get rear ended but it did this before i got rear ended to0

i had a prob like that but i fixed it, was due to the bulbs i had, the bulbs i bought b4 were 1156 or 1157 LL's to replace 2 lights that went out and those bulbs cause my lights to go crazy sometimes the warning light would come on and the brakes light were fine other times it was the oppsite the brake light would be off. Think it has to do with voltage. I then when looking for the normal 1156 or 1157 found them at pep boys and installed them in the spots i replaced b4 and they work i havent had a prob since.
