my guess would be is the guy who bought it OWNs a body shop with a frame machine and also has the hookup on cheap body parts.... that way he could actually make money on it....

you and me on the other hand would be paying way to much to make a SALVAGED title car streetable ( so it looks good) and when you got to sell it carfax doesnt come up very good....

im glad you didnt pick it up... ive seen some 92-95 SCs in perfectly decent condition with that many miles go for around 4-5 grand.... ..... id NEVER pay 3 grand for that car

You are right, someone who owns a bodyshop most likely got it to make money. Cars with smaller engines and newer would go overseas, where many people don`t know about carfax, but with an engine this big and the 11 years old, it is going to be resold in US after being fixed.

the interior is worth about 1500, so for 3k it is a not a bad deal.

for that price is nots going to be parted but fixed.
