I'm all show no go....for now, kinda broke. I always keep up with maitenance tho. And a lil k&n factory filter for a lil better breathin. that'z it until i can afford more upgrades. I'd like my sc400 to be that beast under the hood but rather have her shine first.

well my goal is to get $ first but im lookin at a base 2jz-gte around 400 to the wheels and putting some nice wheels new paint job, get rid of any tears or bad parts on the inside, clean up the plastic on the interior dashboard...but im afraid i mite run into getting a new SC from here till about 4-5 yrs.... for starters i needa make more $ than i am lol...

my goal is actually a mix of both..for right now, im going for looks..then once i get that done, im going for speed. doing the na-t conversion with the whole works. the reason being looks first, is so that my car looks unique and sexy for the ladies..then work on speed..i think i have enough speed for now..not too worried yet about that..my goal is probably reach a nice 500-600 hp to the wheel

My goal: 500rwhp and daily driven. A bit of show, lots of go. I just need 35rwhp more- a few extra PSI of boost will put me over the edge

I would still definately consider my car to be luxurious. Even though it's low as hell- it rides just as smooth as it did when I bought her. With the electronic cutout closed, it sounds 100% stock (with a turbo whine, that is lol). AC, power steering, leather, power everything, mint interior/exterior, handles and looks like it's new- i'd say it's got a nice mix of performance and luxury

I want to go as fast as I possibly can with this car without sacrificing too much of the Lexus in it. I spend most of my money and time on finding ways to maximize what I have so I can make the car faster without having to have a rough ride, stripped interior, etc.

Pretty much along the lines of what the man above me said, without the part of my car looking mint.

Focusing on exterior/Interior(probably 97+ with Big win kit) with minor motor mods (I/H/E) for now. Then ill get the requisite NA-T kit and go for at least 500whp daily driven full weight.

I voted for both, even though my car is completely stock, but I'm really planning on going all out with this baby. Here's my plans for the near future (subject to change) -

XSPower Stage 1 kit (~10psi)

Wheels/Tires
Lip Kit

Mixed in there depending on necessity will be brakes, electric fan/water pump, LSD/TC, tranny rebuild, etc. When I'm at the performance level I'm content with, I'll start working on luxury - new carpet/insulation, leather/vinyl restoration (black/white 2tone), black wood trim, heated/vented massaging seats, DVD-Nav w/ 24-bit 5.1 surround, etc.

So do I qualify to vote "both?"

I chose both because i want my SC to be sexy and sleek but fast. That means that I am definitely dropping in a 2JZGTE, but my plans for the interior is to redo the leather with a tan and black color and restore anything that doesnt look good. I might also be entertaining the thought of an air suspension.... havent done much research on suspensions yet so cant get ahead of myself but I might slight lean more towards the luxury side.

What am I?

I'm am completely stock body with some polished na supra wheels and a HKS superdragger on the exterior.

Engine wise, turbo'd and all the goodies, 5 speed, and my FMIC is V-mounted so It doesn't really show.



My plans are to upgrade to 97 exterior with some nice polished tt wheels and more boost and a 6 speed.

Am I class or sass?
