Default help! cluster is giving weird burnt smell

So driving home from work. My right turn signal indicator on my cluster got stuckon green. My rear taillight is on all the time, right turn signal won't blink and I'm getting a weird electrical burn small from my cluster. But if the right turn indicator is off no smell. The cluster had lextech needles and white backlight. I got it with the car. Anyone know what's wrong?

There is a flasher module for the blinkers that I think is under the dash. It sounds like the module may be locked up somehow. The blinkers are not really related to the cluster in any way. Here's a diagram that you can use to see how the cluster is integrated into the whole scheme of things.

Look over on the top right. The flasher module feeds a small signal into the cluster to kick the light on and that is all, the flasher module itself would have to hang up for the light to stay on.

The light bulb on the cluster that blinks for the turn signal is the only actual connection to the rest of the system, there is not a control module in the cluster or anything that would affect the control module (flasher unit). Only thing I could think of is if the flasher module hangs up, it could back up and burn a trace in the cluster unit from too much amperage.
