Very nice! Take some pics of your lighting mod at night and post them up so we can check it out.

one Mod that i have done was put HID light from a 1999 BMW 740i which came with two halogen bulbs and the two control modules
I'm not quite sure I understand this

I'm sure you ment to type in "Xenon or HID" bulbs instead of Halogen bulbs.

Looks pretty good.. you might want to consider openning the projectors and removing the tab that is causing the blockage of light in the middle.

Yep, there is a thread... I did it to an old SC headlight I removed and replaced.

Steps.
1. Remove the headlight
2. Stick in oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees
3. use wide prying tool to remove cover from headlight (while hot)
4. remove projector assembly
5. separate both halves of the actual projector by unscrewing
6. using a metal cutting blade for a jig saw, cut saw the tab off using a jig saw (using a jig saw makes for a MUCH more uniform cut than a dremel tool.

While you have it all apart, go to lowes and pick up from small sheets of galv steel to creat your own shield. (See links below)
