The cloud glare is hell up here on the mountain, I am like 100 ft from the clouds.

Hey OLT, you might wanna take that one guys advice about the taking your headlights apart and cleaning them. It'd clear up that cloudiness in a jiffy! Some guy up above posted the link. He's a mod I think, he knows what he's talking about.

Okay, so I was just kidding, they look AMAZING, how'd you do that? I spent about 3hrs apiece (after they were open) on mine and they don't look anywhere near that fantastic. Did you use chandelier cleaner on them? I heard that works well, but didn't get to try it, and I'm not in a big rush to take the headlights back out.

You drive it every four months cause it sucks to clean!!!

I'm so jealous of where you live. I love it there...Its a toss up between Signal/Lookout Mtn or Asheville NC for where I'd want to live.

I see you have the Rebel XT, one thing you might want to buy is a circular polarizing filter. It will remove glare from certain angles of reflection...but also it will increase your shutter speed times assuming the same aperature is used, therefor, shoot on tripod if you can....or bump up the iso speed, or smaller F # and smaller depth of field will result....again though, the car looks great!!!!

yeah those definitely aren't cloudy I just got rid of my cloudy lights today did it when I did the HID install but it came back on the outside only... Do you polish the headlights to keep them clear often, OLT?

I'd say people should wax them when they wax their car. I've only done my headlights once per 6 months though.
