Beside the beautiful mod'ed SCs we have here, those latest S2000, 350Z, IS350, BMW3 are really eye-catching, inside out. If a gurl you just met happens to dig in one of those cars ... then ... what?

I'm not sure what you're asking here.
I think I'll be fine with my nearly-stock '92 for a long while (visually, at least, who knows how it will be running in 5 years).

Find someone who isn't so shallow, cars shouldn't be what girls are dating whoever for. I own a 1992 SC400 and it is 14 years old and still has bodylines to compare to todays sports cars. (i think it is way ahead of it's time) look at the newish cars, the 350Z the crosfire.... most of the newer sports coupes camare to the 92-96 SC400 body styles. You can't get much beter lookn
therefore i think the bodylines will hold true through many years to come.

i have yet to find a car that is as sexy as mine... thats y i bought it. even with all the newer cars coming out i dont think u can find a better car. u can make it as fast as ur heart desires, u can make it look like it just rolled off the ***. line. and for a car that is over 10 years old... it never looks old. new cars might have better features... but i think the SC has qualities that are unmatched by newer models.

Ok, now that sounds like a high-school kinda question. Sorry
I didn't meet anyone (but hope that's true for some of younger you)... but my wife used to like my SC very much, almost everything. As soon as she got her RX330, she recommended I sell my SC, saying everything looks old, although my SC looks pretty new. So, 2 months ago, I thought about selling it until I got back to the forum, saw your nice rides, and changed my mind. So, I wonder how much longer one can be faithful to his SC, among all those newer and eye-catching cars.

H,
I had my SC for 7 years now and I still look back after parking the car, the design of the SC is timeless. Thats why I keep on modding it, I thought about getting lid of it when I bought my GS but just couldn't do it...

The lines of the SC will always be attractive to me. Its different than anything out there. Thats what I love about it. And as xknowonex said, with devotion and $$$ the SC can look a lot newer than it is. (97+ Tails, AC kit, A nice drop with the right wheels, a good wax, etc...)

i plan on making mine a garage and show car, its such a classic design and 98% people thing its atleast a 03 which is awsome. When ever i get tired i'll do 97+ then it'll be considered a 09.

Style-wise the 97+ body holds up well next to todays sports coupes. With a little lowering (today Japanese manufactureres are finally closing some of that fender gap), some nice larger wheels and HID's; the car looks thoroughly modern. The long hood and sleek profile are classic and never get old.

I'm a person that thinks that if you like a design now, it will not get old unless you let it get old.
But hey... this is coming from a person who thinks an 86 Audi GT Quattro still looks nice
