Sanding down emblems?
Guys,
trying to get rid of the gold and replace it with black pearl. Got the emblems off and from searching I see people sanded their emblems before painting. For those who did - which grit sandpaper did you use??

You don't need to sand the emblems down you can use amonia that takes the gold off, or a little light compound. Why don't you pick up the black pearl off ebay. $50
