changing automatic center console/shifter

does anyone know because I cant seem to find it on here, if it is possible to put the 2000 SC automatic shifter unit into a '97, and if it is possible around how much would parts cost and how hard would install be

Y not just find a wrecked SC430 and swap that bro? Motor Tranny and all, then you have an old school SC430 :P

no tranny needed. GadgetSC was the first and only one till recently to do this mod. Kudos to an OG member!
