what do they use to tint the head lights ?

im stupid lol i already knew how to do this my brain wasnt thinking when i posted this

but wait what do you use to seal it back up ?

It looks awesome on a black car or a white car, I don't think the black lights go well with any other color though.

iono, i kinda like it on my car, but i didn't black out the turn signals too... i left those clear.

you can always tint them, might want to try ebay or take it to a tint shop that way if you end up disliking them you can have them removed.

paint the inside reflectors, be sure to do the same to your high beams as well...

Then you lose the functionality of the high beams if you paint the chrome inside (the high beam housing uses the chrome as a reflector, no high beam projector). Also its a PITA to take out the high beams, bumpers gotta come off.

Bumper removal takes 20 minutes for a first timer.

The high beams, like the fog lights, have chrome reflectors AND bezels. You can paint the bezels any color you want to change the look of the light while leaving the chrome reflector intact. This will not have any adverse effects on light output. I've done all three. I have however painted the the high beam reflectors because I have bi-xenon HIDs so I don't use or need the stock high beams.
