ac temp unit on the blink
I am a new 1992 sc400 owner and I have one issue I can't figure out. When I push the auto temp button nothing happens, and the temperature is stuck on 75. When I turn the ac on it blows cold and when I turn it off it blows warm? Anyone experience this problem or any advice to give me?

And you say turn the ac on; do you mean press the a/c button and it gets cold and then when you push it again, the fan stays on but stops blowing cold air? If this is the case then its supposed to do that, you can have the fan on just blowing and not have the a/c on. Once again I'm almost positive I said this right, but someone correct me if i'm wrong please.
I hope that I helped out some atleast.

yea..
The auto button is the circle that you can push in and adjust the temp with. That is no problem thats just how it works when the a/c isnt on, the fans are still blowing it just recirulates the air thats already in the car and unless it is cool outside it is going to blow hot. i dont ever turn my a/c off i just turn the air down or take it off of auto. Also Auto doesnt change the temperature you have it set on. If you have it on 75 and you push auto then the inside of the car is going to go to 75 degrees but after you have already pushed auto then you can just turn the *** down to 65 and the car will adjust the air itself. thats all auto does and if you have it on max cold it gets colder if its on auto.
