this is the thing, whenever i am making turns and a slight speed or on a hill and the road curves i here something in my trunk moving around. say i make a right turn, the noise will go left. when i make a left turn, the noise will go right. now heres the weird thing: there is nothing in my trunk, nor is there anything in the spare tire area. the jack everything is completly gone and is makign that noise. any help please

Check the screw cap that holds the spare tire down. Mine broke off and it made the same exact kind of sounds.
