Lambo Doors on an SC300
Yes, I searched the forums but could not find a link for a direct bolt-on kit for lambo doors for an SC300. Who has these doors? And where did you purchase your kit? Thanks!

Good luck bolting on a lambo door kit yourself. The SC's doors are EXTREMELY heavy. This is probably one reason why they do not make them.
You'd need a hinge and hydraulic damper that can handle that much weight RELIABLY. Have you ever seen the SC's door hinge? It's crazy... even with such a hinge, they are still prone to breaking. I would be terrified to have that massive door come crashing down on me...i had one too many similar experiences with worn out trunk shocks.

I remember I saw a Mits. Eclipse with Lambo Doors... it was SO sad. I think the driver, a female, was insecure or something because she just HAD to leave the door open everytime she got out of the car. (I guess for everyone to see...) By the way it was Connecticut winter temperatures.
P.S. Me and my dad were watching the shooting of "War of the Worlds" at the time this Eclipse rolled through.
