When I recently re-did mine driver's side; I forgot about it for maybe a minute (or 5) too long. I melted part of the plastic to the oven and was a big mess (and now my DS headlight looks like crap because I was careless). You might be able to save yourself some trouble laying some wax paper down on a cookie sheet, or using a low heat. They don't need to stay in very long, maybe 3 to 5 minutes. Constantly check on them if you can. Better to take too long and have it come out right than try to broil them and have to buy a new one!

Just don't be careless like I was my second time around. The first time I did them they came out borderline perfect; I just didn't spend quite enough time polishing the inside.

It really is a simple procedure! I'm just dumb.

Ya you dont wanna spend 300 ish something on another pair of lights...dont put a lot of pressure on them either, the plastic starts to mold and bend if you put pressure on them while theyre hot...goodluck....put it in and check often...dont listen to that guy on tv "set it and forget it" haha youll be screwed

I found the heatgun method worked better for me.

Kinda worried about putting it in the oven.
