+1 here im re painting my car the stock color and im still paying 2k and there are no dents on my car.

 

5 speed. No brainer.

 

Yea painting the hole car is big if you want it done right. So I really dont want to repaint it. Also if I do all the work myself do you think I could rebuild the engine, or 1jz swap for under $3,500? And maybe a 5 speed swap? If so then I could have the black one and spent less then $6,000. Man this is driveing me crazy

It's not gonna happen for that price. Go with the 5 speed. Drive it around for awhile, save your money, get your mods together and start modding.

 

To rebuild the stock engine to stock I could do for under 3500 for sure. And a 1jz swap I think I could do for under 3500 also If I pick up the engine from this local importer for 2000. Remeber im doing the work my self. But the mechine shop would have to do some of the work. For the 5 peed swap I dont think I could do both for under that. I dont know im confused right now because the guy with the glod car said he would let it go for $5500 maybe 5000. I just hate the color so much, and the brown and tan interior. But then again 5000 sounds good.

 

Gold's a nice color. I want one in gold on top of mine now someday.
