I emailed him, but he hasn't replied yet. He said basicly wants few hundred dollars more then what the dealer offered him($11500)

do u mean 18,300 miles or 183,000 miles. If it is 18,300 and he's selling for 12500, something isnt right. 183,000 miles is decent. My 98 sc400 came w/ 26,000 miles and the lady was asking 22,000. Usually 98+sc400's range from 15,000-23,000 depending on mileage and condition.
