SC400Dude

Ok,
Most of you SC guys may not know, but I just recently picked an SC3 5MT. I just wanted to share some pics of her before going under the knife...

Since I had the day off, I figured I'd clean her up a bit and take her up to the lake....and being the serious fisherman that I am, I decided to kill 2 birds with one stone...I also came across an unexpected visitor.

Setting: Lake Casitas (65 Miles north of Los Angeles - One of the top 10 Lakes in the United states if you're after trophy Largemouth Bass)

Time:1:30pm - 4:30pm
Conditions: Partly cloudy,windy, cool - Water clarity clear....

On with the pics....! This pic reminds me of the Lexus GS commercial "Something wicked this way comes" with all the leaves...

Last shot on the west side of the Lake...

I caught a total of 3 largemouth bass today within an hour time span - all at the first spot(I'll keep it my secret ) - they ranged between 10-14 inches(size not an emphasis today) - all caught on 4 inch plastic worms. Some fisherman will tell you how difficult it is to fool bass with artificial lures.
First photo looks fake and photochopped - but the fish was out of focus...LoL

Much better pic with the second fish landed...

On the way home, I see this guy crossing the street...it actually reared up at me and turned the other way!

Upon closer inspection...a Tarantula it is...

Wow, thats super clean! I like! That tarantula is sick! Throw some caps on! I think she'd look at least 2x better. Hard to tell because your car is already sick!

The wood was painted some sort of gunmetal color...I bought the vehicle like that...it looks good from far away...but it's not smooth when you feel it. I'm thinking of re-doing later down the road...but my focus now is getting the car fully serviced(all it needs are new valve cover gaskets and all of the fluids exchange - this vehicle has an extensive service history with 3 different dealers) and sending it out to the bodyshop to have all the imperfections removed. Then it will get repainted.

I sold that vehicle a while back...I had to make space for my truck and now this vehicle. I'm planning on buying a bass boat to match my truck too - space is running out
I already have my gold coupe stored at my work. I've already begun to extract the parts off of that vehicle.If all goes well, I'll have pimp-looking SC by next spring - stay tuned.

I agree with everybody here, this is a pretty rare car. There is only one other SC in my town with this Graphite Metallic color. It's a 300,auto, and has leather and moonroof. He's my client too. Thanks to all who've commented. I'll update y'all as soon as I can. I keep dreaming every night about the vision I have for her, but I can make only so much money.

Very rare indeed, but I prefer leather interior. Easier to clean IMO.

Great catch!! Now I want to go fishing, too!
