IS there a toggle switch for the cornering lights on the 92' sc400? If not.. do they turn on automatcially? Or along with the low beams?

The cornering lights come on only when you signal a turn. You can mod them so they can be turned on by a switch or you can convert them to fog lights. If you convert them to fogs, they will turn on when your parking lights and you headlights are on. I did the mod myself and it was really easy.

thanks! I found out both bulbs are dead.. i'm going to replace and mod the fogs tomorrow.

I hooked up my cornering lights to my parking lights and im using bright yellow bulbs....it looks awesome in my opinion
