What do you guys think the going rate is for a Black 97 SC300 5-speed with 8x,000 miles. It's 100% bone-stock with mint tan interior. No accidents, or repairs that I know of. The paint is in great shape also.

The owner wants to trade that SC +cash for my 2001 Nogaro blue Audi S4 6-speed manual with 59k miles. I'm actually looking for a 2jz or 1jz GTE swapped 5-speed SC300. His car is really nice but I'd still have to dump a bunch of money into it to get it to perform at least as well as my S4 which runs low 13's@ 103mph.

 

id say compare blue book to blue book to get a starting idea.. then go from there

 

Not worth it, considering your car is worth over $17k.
