Parking Brake Cable

ADJUSTMENT

Raise and support the vehicle safely.
Remove the rear wheels.
Temporarily install the hub nuts to hold the rotor on the vehicle.
Remove the brake rotor adjustment hole plug.
Turn the adjuster to expand the shoes until the rotor disc locks.
Return the adjuster 8 notches.
Install the plug.
Remove the lug nuts and then install the wheels. Install the lug nuts and torque to 77 ft. lbs. (104 Nm).
Lower the vehicle.

haha...I thought i remembered seeing somewhere about doing it just from the ebrake including pics (from planet soarer or intellexual.net i think) Why do we have to make things more complicated. anyway, thanks again tammy for the info, so we'll know how to do it the harder way...lol

as your e brake wears down the handle goes higher if you just adjust the handle later when you change your e brake shoes you gotta go back and re adjust the handle. so just adjust from the rotor and save your self the hassle. thats how i look at it. now for the real queston i drift like no tomorrow anyone know any company that makes performance e brake shoe for our cars. sometimes you need more angle and gotta yank on that handle like u driving a train lol.
