Exclamation Just bought my first SC400!

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forums and just bought a 1994 SC400 with 128,xxx miles on it. It's a very nice car and runs like a champ! I'm new to the Lexus family, but thought I would spread the joy and share some pictures. Interior is easily an 8.5/10, exterior around a 8/10, drivetrain and motor 10/10. Opinions welcome! (I plan on lowering the car and getting some different wheels as cash permits)

Got the car for just under 6k, tax and all.

Looks tight, I got mine a few days ago as well. You got a good deal and the motor is very clean!

Thanks for the compliments guys- it's stock for now...but i will be putting some money into it before long. First, i want to tint the windows and change the wheels. Apparently my CD changer is broken, which is a *****... It recognizes that there are CDs in the magazine, but it gives me an ERR (error). I've had it play a CD twice in the week that i've had it...i wonder if its the actual changer, magazine, or headunit...no tellin- i may just take out the whole damn thing and buy a double DIN cd player or something. Any suggestions?

Go and get one of those CD-Cleaners...the one with the brushes on the disc.
Run that a few times...I've fixed broken/non reading players with just that.

...so i tried cleaning the CD changer to no avail...did not work. Thinking about either getting a new changer or a different headunit...any suggestions?
