Ive decided to let one of my friends buy the rims (acura legend). I like the way this car rides and I dont want to sacrifice it for some rims that are too big for the car.

this topic is so funny on here..... yeah man.. no spinners.. but there are some 20' wheel set ups that look sweet!.... I thought about it myself but my crew is into speed and I am starting to lean over to the darkside... 19"'s will be the largest set up I go with...

I would have bought them. As long as they werent knock offs, even if they were, you could still sell them for a good 800-1000 if the rubber is good. You could have bought them and then sold them to your friend lol. make a quick 100 bucks at least.
I buy ish all the time that wont work for me like once I bought this system that was like 3 12" Kicker solo x's, they didnt fit in my 3 series, but hell for $300 you dam right I am going to buy them, Sold them for way over double. a friend bought a set of 24's with tires for a thousand and some odd change, they didnt fit his car (cuz he didnt have one, lol) still he sold them for about double.. then he got his money to buy a car.
If I bought them and I knew they would fit my car, and had nothing to do, I would probably still slap them on to see what it looks like lol, im just like that. But most importantly I think you passed up a quick buck, theyre will be more dont worry lol.
Anyway goodluck with the wheel search man, and post pics of your ride when you get some wheels.

Im was planning on keeping the car stock, but I have people coming up to my shop all the time trying to sell me all sorts of stuff like, cd players, sound systems, rims, tvs (even some indash), brand new laptops and even cars. I purchased a running 86 BMW 325e fully equipped with 150k miles for $75 with a clean title the other day. I make more off of what I buy from people than what I actually get paid by the hour working here.

Damn lol. Only reason I bought it was to get one of the tires, the power mirror and the gauge cluster for my other car (84 325e). I just sold it yesterday to some tow truck guy for 60 bucks. (this is after we has the night of our lives in it). It was kinda sorta wrecked after we got done with it. Hood was still good though.
