Default JUst got my hood today.

YEa well i decided to go carbon fiber for my trunk and my hood. i havent purchased the trunk yet but the hood was mouted earlier today. We didnt have any fitment problems with it. Its a VIS hood so i guess i will be ordering my trunk from them also. There is a big weight diff. in the hoods. I had to remove the shocks also cause the hood wasnt heavy enough to depress the shocks properly for a tight fit. All in all its good. The shop i purchased it form also had one of these floating around in the garage. Even SEXIER!!!
EDIT- pics are from a camera phone so their not the best. Sorry

Good stuff. I wouldn't mind having it on my white SC, but I'd probably have it painted.

LOL anyways, i want to be different. When u see it in person it holds class and sport and thats what im looking for. As far as painting i like the carbon fiber look so im keeping it but im getting the trunk soon to match it. I dont like kits, too ricey IMO. Lexus needs to stay classy, i think body kits are for rice. People may say what about the hood but thats why i [picked up OEM style to keep the stock look. I dont like all the cut outs and scoops and all that junk, looks too busy. The modss are coming, i want to get the 97+ front and sides, keep the rear bumper and lights and also mold the stock front spoiler on the front =). Seen it done to a red one and its hot!!! Im keeping it a stock look though and new wheels soon.
