if you take out the hood shocks... then how does it stay up?...
also is there any noticable difference in driving? accel? handeling? i was thinking about getting one and painting it..

i purchased a telescoping hood prop and keep it in the trunk, not a big deal.
people may disagree but i noticed an increase in accleration. but i also did the cf hood and trunk at roughly the same time. the stock hood is a lot heavier than i thought. also a second person noticed the increase in accleration in my car.

theres not anything that holds the hood up either i fine somthing or i hold it up with my hand doesnt bug me. as for accleration you will feel a big difference! so much more lighter then the oem hood.
