How exactly do you remove the drivers side door panel? I know there is about 4 screws under and 2 under the arm rest and 2 on the right side. I am stuck on the door opener part. How do you remove the panel at that point.


Is there a walk through anywhere?



PS - i am replacing my drivers side door hinge. As you already may know there is that nasty wire tube running through the hinge itself. What is the best way to clear that wire loom.

I lucked out and got an excellent condition hinge used for 50 shipped from a wrecking yard.

I saw another post, i will try and do it from inside the car and run the wires out.



I am still interested in learning how to take the panel off however. I need to fix a few things that were damaged due to the door hinge problem.

i just did this on my car this weekend, driver door and all.
there is a screw where you handle is to open the door inside. pop off the little black part. and then all the other screws you said. and it will come right off. unplug everything off the back and its very easy to pull the wires through the door. i took them off the door and pulled the door off then put the wires back through the door. took a couple hours

Just a side question

a got a 95 Sc400 black on black.

It came with 16 inch OZ racing rims. I seen a few other SC's with the same rims. Did they come as an option for that year or so? Or is it just a coincidence (sp?)
