Default New owner SC400, some questions

Sorry for the crappyy pics, it's dark out.

Now, on the steering wheel, there is a phone button with the numbers 1, 2 and 3 on it and a button on the side, I looked in the owners manual but couldn't find anything, any one know?

Another thing, I think the factory amp is blown, when I turn the radio on it sounds like someone is knocking really loudly on the roof and it makes other odd noises. Is there any other way to tell if it is blown?
Thanks.

If it were mine, Id take it to a pro. stereo shop that could help you with both of those questions.

Welcome, as for the phone piece part, you should have a phone in your middle box. The piece on the steering wheel is to put that phone through the speakers, instead of having to hold it through your head. I was wondering if its possible to convert that piece to have it work with the radio as to turning up and down the volume.

It looks like someone took the car up on a curb, look at the rocker panel on the Pass. side. Can that be pulled out? And I will have to get a pic of the door and rear 1/4 because I want to know if it can be pulled out
I got the car for <2k
