Buy new emblems!
I ordered all new chrome emblems from these guys down in Dallas and they look FANTASTIC! The local dealership only had gold. If you're going to do something, particularly for looks, do it right and get actual chrome emblems.

Please tell me you aren't going to use GLUE! Get yourself some 3M mounting tape. It is greyish with red backing you peel off and very sticky. I had a hard time getting it at hardware stores, but I found it at an arts and crafts store right next to the "Goo-Gone" which you will also need to remove all the residue without ruining your paint. In my opinion the only color you could paint the emblems that will look decent is black. Painting it "chrome" will look awful. Get some real chrome emblems and please don't glue them on.

im debating doing black pearl, its jus i dont want TOO much black on my car, i already have dark as hell tint and i'm putting on black wheels and painting the bezel of the headlight semi-gloss black
is there such thing as too much black?
not to mention all the emblems will cost like 90$ new
i think my only option if i want chrome is a trade, or for black pearl ill have to buy them

i'm considering the same thing if u paint i'd really like 2 see btw check ebay the last set i saw was $60 w/shipp iwas undecided then

i have been considering taking mine off. wow i wish i had ben paying attention to the buy/sell forum. i would have sold u mine over thanks giving. to bad im not bringing my car back to atl over christmas and dont even have a way to get to it right now.
