Default New here, just saying hi!

I didnt see a "introductory" section, and since I hope to get a SC300, it just seemed like the right place.

Not a whole lot about me, I have a miata, Im big into AutoXing and such, but ive always wanted a SC300. Im in a position where Im going to be selling my miata and getting and 99-ish SC300, So I figured the best place to start is signing up here (actually hoebag forced me at gunpoint. True story.)

Also have a honda RC51, if anyone is into bikes as well.
I signed up on my birthday, yaaay

Welcome and enjoy your hunting for a 99ish SC300, as far as I know there were not that many made.

Is it just me, or does it seem alot of cali owners only have the older 1st gens? Here in houston, its a bit more common to see teh 2nd gens. But things like color and interior color, and transmission type are the rare things to get to choose from.
I found a pearl white 99 auto with tan at a dealership down the road...thats what Im trying for ATM, but we will see.

Welcome to ClubLexus!
You know what, when I was looking for my SC300 I noticed alot of listings for the 97+ ones were in Texas and they were pretty good deals too.
Well, hope you find the right one for you and post pics when you get it.

Welcome to the club. Good luck with your SC search.

BTW, you will need to resize your sig.

Damn duc, I havent seenyou in forever.

I dont feel like redoing a sig right now, So ill just delete it untill Im more intrested, because you know what that means, its like getting in a wreck. instead of repair it, upgrade it
Thanks guys, Im sure i will like it here (I think its funny I was looking at the "tire and wheel" thread, and saw someone post up the tire calculator off the miata website. Its funny to see, as much as people dont like our miatas, thats the single most import enthusiest website I see swapped around)

I like your Miatas!! I gained a WHOLE new respect for that car when I drove one last summer at a Mazda event at Raceway Park, NJ. Fantastic little car!

This was my first car, back in the old days, of 01. Ive since also owned 6 other cars, but always had this. Its a little hard trying to think what it will be like w/o my baby, but maybe its time to move on....
