Default Fog lights out... not fuse or bulbs

A friend of mine has a 1995 sc300. His fog lights haven't worked since he got the car. I checked out the fuses in the kick panel (15a), bulbs, and plugs they were all fine. Is there anything else that can be the culprit?

Sorry to bring up the obvious ...

There is a relay that turns the fog lights off when high beam is turned on. It could be stuck relay.

Not trying to be an ***, but if I have the knowledge to check fuses, take out the bulbs and check connection, I would know how to turn the fogs on.

As for the relay, would it affect it if the high beams aren't on? And where is it located.

TIA

I wish I had the service manual or even the wiring diagram.

The high-beam and fogs have an inter-lock.
No-fogs when the high-beam is on.

SC may have a NC or NO (noramlly closed or normally open) relay or some switching technique. There is some way to inturrupt 12v from getting to fog lights whith High Beam on. If the bulbs are fine and the fuses are ok, that leaves wiring, connectors, inturrupt circuit or the fog light switch. With higher probability of failure for the last two items.

bump!

i have a PDF that shows all the relay blocks and fuse diagrams for the SC3 but my question is, did the relays/fuses change between 95-96 and 97+ (because the 97 has h3 fogs) and if not/so, which is the relay that controls the highs/fogs?

Im having the same issue. Anyone find the resolution? I went to go change the passenger bulb today and then the drivers bulb went out as well. Now neither of them work even with new bulbs. Fuses are good. Switch is on. HELP!

Sorry to bump an old thread but I am now having the same issue? Is there any certainty to what this can be? My fog light switch is on, high beams off, fuse is in perfect condition. No idea why they arent working?
