how rare is a 97 sc300 in RSP?

really depends what you're going to do with the car... stock it looks a little too "loud" for the sc body, but if you're going for a racey look, then i think it can look pretty good. if you're going with more of a luxury/vip style, then of course black/white/silver will probably look better.

I bought mine because I always liked the color. Its very similar to the Acura Integra Supersonic Blue that I always liked. I thought it was aftermarket paint the first time looking so I bypassed it. I got to doing some reasearched and ended up bringing the car home for well under the blue book price at a dealers lot. I was in the market for a a silver or black but I just couldn't find one near blue book value. If I did find one it was sold in less then a week before I could make arrangements to go get it.

i actialy seem like 6 or even 7 different ones here in the chicago land area, one time went to downtown and saw 4 that one day and then two more on the way back. the color is not bad but i think people make a big deal about it because its so rare, but in reality you wont get that much more for the car when you sell it because that someone might not know how rare that color is.

I'm on EVO forums, I haven't encountered any of that. But you may be right about Honda. But comparing Lexus and Honda is like comparing Apples to Oranges.
Some of the RSP I have seen to be in the same or better condition then other SC.
