Congrats..It looks really good, I am in the middle of doing the same project for my SC300, are those original Black leather seats? What brand of paint did you use? I am going with Colorbond, just waiting for it to come in the mail.

Wow, thanks for all the compliments
Let's see...
1) Not a conversion, I tried to find used black interior, good luck and priced new stuff...HA! $$.
2) Yup, everything is either dyed or painted. I used leather dye from: http://www.leatherworldtech.com/cate...x?categoryID=7 and dupli-color plastic paint
3) I dyed the carpet with spray dye.
4) Everything was either pulled from the car and sprayed with dye or paint or done inside the car
Ok - so the general concensus is to leave the wood interior...more and more people are saying that.
I'd say it took maybe 25hrs or more? Honestly, it's hard to say - I spent a few weekends doing it. Takes alot of time, but I'd do it again it looks SOOOO much better than my stock grey or IMO any other interior color.

Damn that looks really good- you cant even tell whats dyed and whats real black leather. I thought for sure the carpet wasnt dyed but it was. Good job- but I think Im gonna stick with my tan interior and waste my money on going fast like I always do.
