I know how to get the ones in the door panels out, but I don't know how to do the glove box area...but search for it, its there.
remove the door panels and there are wingnuts behind the wood trim on each door panel, remove those and the trim pieces will fall out.

I still can't believe it is wood. I double checked, feels and sounds like plastic. Aw, leave it to the Japanese to make wood seem like plastic. If that's the case then strip, sand and refinish. I could make it look like wood again?

Sorry to resurrect this thread, just wanted to say that Tru Oil stuff is AMAZING! I had very bad haze on my wood, it was all grey. I tried all kinds of rubbing/polishing compunds, waxes, you name it. Nothing gave me any results. I was getting ready to send it out and get professionally refinished before I have this a try. Very easy to do, gives the wood awesome color and depth.
