hey SL, there was other thread about winter tire.
but I'm thinking about changing tire for winter too. where do you live?
I'm thinking Bridgestone Blizzak/Dunlop SP 5000/Pirelli Winter 210 etc..but I dont know yet.
I dont wanna get snow tire but all four season tire that I can live on snow and also has good performance.
I have a friend working at Toyota so I'll ask him if he can give me discount :P

i live in quebec, i would recommend winter tires all the way, they really make a difference. And in summer you should put high performance tire, makes a difference. For wath is of winter tires, my opinion is that pirelli winter asimetrico is good (that's wath they put on jaguar supercharged xk8 in winter here and i know a guy who drives an m3 in the snow with these tires.) also the goodyear ultra grip ice, never tried it but look really aggressive, here the police have them on their volvo's and crown vic's.
