196K is a lot of mileage my friend. But then again, if the car is mint without a ding or scratch in sight then spend the $7,000. With that kind of mileage that car should be like $5500-$6,500 if it is in average condition.

Not bad looking car in pic. Blk/Blk 5 speed is real nice if that is important to you. IMO 192K is alot of miles. Might as well call it a 200K miles car. I would not give $ 7000 for it.
I think you can find one with less miles and/or newer year for that money or less. I would be patience and wait unless he came down to around $ 6200 or less. Good luck !

Well I forgot to mention he just put new head lights in and had the tranny rebuilt and put a new clutch in 6 months ago with all records to prove it. He had the tranny rebuilt at a reputable shop fo 3k.

Its a 5 speed which is rare, also black interior which is rare (a lot of people would be willing to pay a premium, over blue book for these options)
If you are one of these people then get it. If interior color and 5 speed doesnt mean much to you then let it go. 200k doesnt mean much to these cars if it is well maintained
I SAY GET IT... or just wait for a tan-grey interior 5 speed for the 5k range
