scoarer or sc400on20s? hopefully someone will chime in. anyways as i mentioned earlier im doing the same project. i was just curious what did you use to clean the epoxy that held the light together? I took both lights apart but it was quite a mess and i have some of the grey epoxy on the inner lens that i want to clean. should i use acetone? or is there another way to remove it? thanks in advance

try not to get the sealant on the lenses, but if you did get it in on a small area, I would say use a heat gun then wipe it off, and then use some acetone on it. Are you planning to clean off all the sealant? Because I just reused it when I put the light back together.

no i do not plan on removing it all. i just got a few dabs here and there on the inner lens and i was just wondering which would be the best way to clean it off. i also plan on using the original sealant to close up the lights
