Default i need to take driver side mirror apart... help
has anyone done it .. i tried search and nothing came up...
i need to take out the mirror and install new mirror pad..

I think on the underside of the mirror there is a screw or a place to pop them open or something of that nature. Look under the housing of the mirror.

**** there is nothing .. the screws dont do ****.. i can find that clip.... i dont want to break my mirror.. but i tried to move it lift it pull it for 45 min..and nothing...l.

someone help...

take a screwdriver and pry the mirror out.

no way dude mirror is way too fragile--i think i found a way!!! i will post tomorrow!! .. once i try it...

The mirror is encased in plastic in the back. So you're not really applying pressure to the glass, but to the plastic holding the mirror.
