There are some bolts you have to remove from inside the fender in the wheel well. That should help a lot.

from the wheel well, take off the 10mm bolts on the fender lining, pull it back and reach in there. The two bolts you want to get are towards the outside of each fender and are 10mm, one is 3-4 inches above the other

You'll need a socket wrench extender, 6 inches long I think. A pain to get out the first time, but once you figure it out, it's easy the next time. If you have fog lamps, you might want to change them when the headlights are out even if they aren't dead. It seems easier to get to them with the headlight out than from underneath. Just my $.02...

some things that might help is if you turn your tire the opposite direction to give you more room to work or lift up the car a bit.

great advice with the wheel!!!! now if you can jack up the front of the car as well then do it!!! --this way wheel will move downwards giving you more space to pull out that lining. then go n get those screws!! be careful so the light doesnt pop out on its own

unscrew top bolts last and remember of course about the bulb wires ( 3 )
