depends on how well you can tune it 
Its supposed to be a little tough when tuning for the ODBII cars (if you car is a 99 like it says in your title)
there was a recent article in turbo magazine about Turbocharging IS300s, and there was a N/A IS300... that motor is very much related to yours... and they used a S-AFC i believe
expect a couple tenths off your 0-60... about 10-15 hp if tuned right, but be careful cause you can blow your motor if you aren't careful
