Good deal on 95 5spd?
Looking for some input. I'm in negotiations on a 95 5spd with 87,xxx miles. The carfax is clean and it checks out mechanically - apparently doesn't really need much other than tires at this point. The car is Red with perfect black interior. They are currently asking 9,500 and I'm wondering if that is a good price? I'll try to attach a couple pics to show my only concern; while the carfax is clean - it looks as if the front and rear bumper are a little off color.

What off color bumper? IT'S RED There's no such thing as an ON color bumper on a red SC. You're comparing painted metal to painted plastic with flex additive and 12 years of age.

Thanks for all of the reply's and input. I'll be making a decision shortly and it really is just the issue of price now. If I decide to buy I'll be jumping on a plane on Thursday night and driving back on Friday. I know quite of few on here have traveled to pick up a car and I guess I feel a little better knowing it's at a Lexus dealer and that I won't show up and it be junkish - but I will be prepared to jump right back on a plane if it's not as nice as they are claiming.
I shot a couple of the pics to my body/paint guy to see what it'll run to repaint the bumpers.

It doesn't look like we are going to be able to come to an agreement on price and it's a shame since it is such a nice car - I know the dealership has to make money as well which is usually why I prefer to deal with a private seller. Having multiple toys I just have to be realistic with I am willing to spend. This is by far the car with the lowest miles that I've looked at.
Their "on the lot" price is 11,995.00 and that includes the new tires it needs, repainting the bumpers and the spoiler but not the tax, transfer and - now this is crazy - a $600 dollar dealership tax that Florida imposes on all of it's dealers! That's a freakin set of tires!
I got them down to around $9,300 but that was as is, and not including tax and such.
Thanks for all the input!
