As I said in my initial post in this thread, I like YOUR car, what you have done.

I was making a rather general point about the SC people on here. Sorry, didn't mean it personally to you guys.

yea.. only if we knew how to put on the rear lip. any one got any advice? we tried double sided tape.. "3m" and it didnt hold for some reason.. also we put double sided tape on the skirts.. n the skirts slowly pulled itself off of the body so we bolted it on.

but yea. if we cant put on the rear or something i prolly might just sell it. or something.

make some metal brackets that support it from the bottom to the upper bumper. use expoxy to hold the rear lip to the bumper.

The SC looks best with factory panels -- you guys do show promising skill with your progress though---

I like the Rice bassboat look myself--

Throw that factory bumper back on and paint it back original, you'll be glad you did, and it will be worth much much much much much more in the future. Do it while your hands are still dirty.

Body kits are for civics-- but nice work--

Nothing beats a free lexus-- especially one that will probably still do 150mph..

Hey dude, Im STOKED for you fellas!!!!!!!! Most younger folks these days are sitting around playing video games, excersising their fingertips & wasting away indoors.......... You & your bud are bringing a LEXUS back to life!!!!!!!! That task alone, you can give both of yourselves a pat on the back for!!!!!!!!! Get some simple green, some degreasing products, and a rattlecan of satin black paint..... Then you can make your engine bay clean, nice & fun to work in!!!!!!! Your car looks great!!!!! Have a good time & get all the mechanical stuff straight/safe with the ride first, then worry about the appearance when your not having to wrench as much................
