Talking Tticking valve

Hi ,

I have a 1992 SC400 and I would like to adjust my lifters . They are ticking . Where can I get the shims for adjusting and also has anybody done this job ?
How dificult is it .?

It may be fuel injector noise. They get really "clicky" especially at idle when they're worn/old age...
